A little about me...

and how I ended up here

I am a mother, a musician, a gardener, and a weightlifter. I am a potter, a chef, an outdoorswoman, a meditator—and so much more. These are all parts of myself I’ve reclaimed by taking the time to explore who I am, an ever-evolving subject I’ve come to love.

But I know how it feels when that exploration stops. If you find yourself going through the motions of life feeling disconnected, distracted, or frustrated—constantly wishing you had more time for the things you love (and perhaps unable to even identify what those things are anymore)—you may be in need of some dedicated time for self-exploration.

Whether you are navigating the big decisions that come with motherhood—like whether to stay in your career, what life looks like after the kids head to college—or simply how to spend your valuable time, these transitions deserve to be honored.

I believe life should be a journey of expansion, not a loss of self. Having navigated my own life-altering transitions, I know how challenging it can be to hold onto your center. I am here to guide you through it all: helping you move through these identity-shifts with grace, reconnect with your inner light, and build a life that honors the full, beautiful human you already are.
